With the support of local volunteers and the patronage of the Municipality of Riva del Po and the Emilia-Romagna Region, the 31st Salama da Tai Festival will take place in Guarda Ferrarese, scheduled for the weekends of:
- May 29-30-31, 2026
- June 5-6-7, 2026
- June 12-13-14, 2026
The initiative offers moments of conviviality and the valorization of local traditions, with the restaurant open from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM and a menu featuring typical local products.
During the Festival, a traditional menu will be served, including: a welcome aperitif, assorted cold cuts, cappellacci with pumpkin, cappelletti, ravioli with salama da tai and ricotta, garganelli with cotechino sauce, salama da tai, salamina da sugo, grilled salami, pork rib, pork tenderloin, assorted cheeses, Ferrarese bread, and desserts.
During the entire Festival, it will be possible to visit the “Terre del Mulino del Po” exhibition, dedicated to ancient crafts, rural culture, and collecting.
The exhibition will be open from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM during the Festival and, from May 23 to October 18, 2026, during the following hours: Saturdays from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM, Sundays and holidays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
The exhibition is located at Via Repubblica 4 in Guarda Ferrarese and is free to enter.
